Al Galope is a traditional Argentinian Steakhouse, advertised in non-Jewish travel guides to Buenos Aires. The meat portions were large and plentiful. As Americans we loved the Argentinian chimmichuri sauce, and were confused by their lack of ketchup (even for our fritas / fries)! The one setback to the restaurant was the service.
